摘要
由于胀管区的胀接质量直接影响蒸汽发生器的使用,所以对其有着严格的质量检测要求。着重介绍了胀接过程中未胀合间隙深度及其涡流测量原理,通过试验分析并与其他方法进行对比的方式,找出了涡流测量系统的偏差,优化了系统参数,提高了涡流测量未胀合间隙深度的精度。
Because the expanding area quality will affect the service life of steam generator, it therefore should be strictly controlled. This paper focuses on the crevice depth measuring method for steam generator, and aims to find the quantitative deviation of eddy current measuring method through experiments and comparison tests. All these measures can optimize system parameters and enhance the accuracy of measuring crevice depth by the eddy current testing.
