摘要
新时代全面推进和深化高等学校心理健康教育,必须树立具有中国特色的心理健康教育体制观,包括对价值体系、理论体系、发展体系、服务体系、实践体系和生态体系的正确认识和判断。具体而言,价值体系是一组心理健康教育的价值观念、价值取向、价值判断和价值目标的集合体,包含立德树人、以生为本、生命至上和责任为重等丰富的内涵和价值要素;理论体系是在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义理论思想指导下,囊括中国特色、健康第一、健康中国和幸福中国等概念的理论支撑系统;发展体系是一种兼顾纵向和横向发展的系统的渐进过程,有效实现育心育德、全面发展、创新发展和特色发展的有机整合;服务体系是遵循心理健康的发展特点和教育规律,向师生员工提供各具特色,各有侧重的心理健康与心理保健服务,包括制度建设、机构建设、师资队伍和课程体系建设等内容;实践体系则从个别咨询、团体咨询、危机干预和医教协同等实践途径入手,落到实处、抓到痛处、收到成效;生态体系重在建立学校、家庭和社会的协同联动机制,营造良好的学校、家庭和社会的生态环境,即生态课堂、生态校园、家校协同和社教一体,真正实现高等学校心理健康教育效果的最大化、最优化。
To comprehensively promote and deepen the mental health education in colleges and universities in the new era, we must set up the mental health education system concept with Chinese characteristics, including the value system, the theory system, the development system, the service system,the practice system and the ecological system. Specifically, the value system is a set of value concepts, value orientation, value judgment and value goals of mental health education, which contains rich connotations and value elements such as "cultivating people by virtue, taking life as the foundation, life as the supreme, and responsibility as the priority". The theoretical system is a supporting system under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s theoretical thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics, including theoretical concepts of Chinese characteristics, health first, healthy China and happy China. The development system is a systematic and gradual process that gives consideration to both vertical and horizontal development. It effectively realizes the organic integration of moral education, all-round development, innovative development and characteristic development. The service system is to follow the characteristics and rules of mental health, to provide students and staff with different levels of mental health and mental health care services, including system construction, institution construction, teaching staff and curriculum system construction and so on.The practice system starts with different ways, such as individual consultation, group consultation, crisis intervention, and medical and educational collaboration, to put into practice, grasp the pain and get results.The emphasis of the ecological system is to establish the cooperative linkage mechanism of school, family and society, and to create a good ecological environment of school, family and society, that is, the integration of ecological classroom, ecological campus, family-school cooperation and society-education integration, so as to maximize and optimize of the effect of mental health education in colleges and universities.
