从脾主运化探讨肠道菌群-胰岛β细胞远程串扰在糖尿病血糖维稳中的作用

The Role of Intestinal Flora-Pancreatic β-cell Distal Crosstalk in Maintaining Blood Glucose Stability in Diabetes: from the Perspective of the Spleen Governing Transportation and Transformation

维持血糖稳态对于糖尿病及其并发症的治疗有着重要意义。胰岛β细胞功能障碍是2型糖尿病患者自身血糖调节机制减弱,出现波动性高血糖的重要机理。胰岛β细胞内膜系统是胰岛β细胞功能正常执行的关键环节,肠道菌群-胰岛β细胞远程串扰能够调控胰岛β细胞内膜系统以维持血糖稳态,其与中医学的脾主运化功能有相似性,可归为同一种"象"。对二者进行取象比类,从脾主运化探讨肠道菌群-胰岛β细胞远程串扰在糖尿病血糖维稳中的作用,以便阐释通过恢复脾主运化功能以稳定血糖的可能性,为临床减少血糖波动、防治糖尿病及并发症提供新的思路。

Maintaining blood glucose stability is of great significance for the treatment of diabetes and its complications. Pancreatic β-cell dysfunction is a critical process in the pathogenesis of weakened self-blood glucose regulation and fluctuating hyperglycemia occurrence in patients with type 2 diabetes. The inner membrane system is a key link enabling the pancreatic β-cell to function normally, and can be regulated by the intestinal flora-pancreatic β-cell distal crosstalk to maintain blood glucose stability, which is in line with the function of the spleen to govern transportation and transformation(abbreviated as spleen function) in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, this paper discussed the role of intestinal flora-pancreatic β-cell distal crosstalk in maintaining the blood glucose stability from the perspective of the spleen function, so as to explore the possibility of stabilizing blood glucose by restoring the spleen function to normal, providing new ideas for reducing blood glucose fluctuations as well as the prevention and treatment of diabetes and complications.
