安徽芜湖计村大城子遗址发掘简报

The Excavation of the Jicun Dachengzi Site at Wuhu in Anhui

计村大城子遗址位于安徽省芜湖市鸠江区沈巷镇。2013年1~6月,为配合基本建设,安徽省文物考古研究所对遗址进行了发掘,清理了一批墓葬、房址、灰坑、灰沟等遗迹,出土有陶器、石器、玉器、铜器等。根据出土器物判断,遗存年代分别为新石器时代、周代。新石器文化与环太湖地区有一定联系,遗存年代相当于良渚文化晚期。计村大城子遗址的发掘为认识皖江下游北岸地区的考古学文化面貌提供了重要资料。

The Jicun Dachengzi Site is located in Shenxiang Township, Jiujiang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. Prior to some capital construction, an excavation was carried out by the Anhui Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology from January to June 2013. It shed light on some remains,including tombs, house ruins, trash pits, and ditches. The objects found comprised pottery, stone, jade,and bronze. Based on these various discoveries, the site can be dated to the Neolithic Period and the Zhou Dynasty respectively. The features of the Neolithic culture show connections between the site and the area of surrounding the Taihu Lake, and its time period was roughly the late phase of the Liangzhu Culture. The excavation of the Jicun Dachengzi Site provided some important information revealing the cultural features from an archaeological perspective in the area of the northern bank at the lower Reaches of Wanjiang river.
