摘要
目的探讨思维导图健康教育对自体动静脉内瘘术后患者出院准备度的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2020年4月在本院住院行自体动静脉内瘘手术的患者77例,将其采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=38)。对照组实施传统式健康教育,观察组采用思维导图对患者进行健康教育。比较两组出院准备度和出院指导质量。结果观察组的出院准备度和出院指导质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图能有效提高自体动静脉内瘘术后患者的出院准备度和出院指导质量,是有效的健康教育工具。
Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping health education on the discharge readiness of patients after autogenous arteriovenous fistula surgery.Methods From July 2019 to April 2020,77 patients who were hospitalized for autogenous arteriovenous fistula surgery were randomly divided into a control group(n=38)and an observation group(n=39).The control group was educated with traditional health education approaches,while mental mapping method was used on the observation group to provide health education to patients.The readiness for hospital discharge and quality of discharge guidance of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group′s readiness for hospital discharge and quality of discharge guidance were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionMind mapping can effectively improve the readiness for hospital discharge and the quality of discharge guidance for patients after autogenous arteriovenous fistula surgery,and is an effective health education tool.
