某市基层医疗机构新冠肺炎防控护理师资培训模式的构建及实践

Construction and practice of nursing teacher training model for prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 in primary medical institutions of a city

目的探究基层医疗机构新冠肺炎防控护理师资培训模式,评价其实践效果。方法以某市定点收治新冠肺炎疑似、确诊患者的三级甲等综合医院为培训主体,对区域内3家三级综合医院、11个区(县)二级甲等综合医院的护理骨干48人,分批、分层从新冠肺炎知识、技能以及心理应对等方面开展综合培训,评价培训前、后参训护士新冠肺炎知识、技能掌握情况和应对新冠肺炎的心理状况。结果培训前,不同等级医院护士新冠肺炎相关知识掌握情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,不同等级医院护士新冠肺炎相关知识掌握情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三级医院护士掌握更好;所有参训护士培训后新冠肺炎相关知识掌握情况与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后较培训前掌握更好。48人参加防控技能考核,考试合格率为100%。48人中1人社会支持度偏低,处于中度焦虑状态;1人应对方式有待加强,处于中度抑郁状态,其余人员均有较好的应对方式和家庭支持,心理状态良好。结论开展基层医疗机构护理人员新冠肺炎知识技能培训既能为基层医院培训师资力量,又能为驰援疫情一线提供后备人才,值得借鉴推广。

Objective To explore the nursing teacher training model for prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 in primary medical institutions and evaluate its practical effect.Methods An appointed grade three comprehensive hospital that received coronavirus disease 2019 suspected or diagnosed patients is designated as the training body.Coronavirus disease 2019 knowledge,skills and psychological coping waretrained in 48 groups of 3 general hospitals and 2 grade a general hospitals in 11 districts and counties.The training was conducted in batches and stratified in 48 groups.The coronavirus disease 2019 knowledge,skills and coping psychology will be evaluated before and after training.Results Before the training,the mastery of knowledge related to coronavirus disease 2019 among nurses in hospitals of different grades was compared(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.After the training,the mastery of knowledge related to coronavirus disease 2019 among nurses in hospitals of different grades was compared(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After the training,all the nurses who participated in the training had a better grasp of related knowledge of coronavirus disease 2019 than before the training(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.48 people participated in the examination of prevention and control skills,and the passing rate was 100%.One in 48 had low social support and moderate anxiety.1 person′s coping style needs to be strengthened,and he is in a state of moderate depression,while the rest have good coping style and family support,and are in a good psychological state.Conclusion Carrying out knowledge and skill training for primary medical institutions can not only train teachers for primary hospitals,but also provide backup personnel for the frontline of epidemic relief,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
