摘要
大规模风电的发展使得次同步振荡现象出现得越来越频繁。目前的次同步振荡监测的方案主要是基于PMU的改造或设置专门的次同步振荡在线监测装置;提出一种基于电能质量监测平台的次同步振荡在线监测终端,提出一种基于谐波分析、间谐波分析和振荡功率的快速算法,提供了仿真算例和实际算例,并在工程中进行应用。
With the development of large-scale wind power, the phenomenon of sub-synchronous oscillation appears more and more frequently.The current sub synchronous oscillation monitoring scheme is mainly based on the transformation of PMU or the setting of a dedicated sub synchronous oscillation on-line monitoring device;in this paper, a sub synchronous oscillation online monitoring terminal based on power quality monitoring platform is proposed, and a fast algorithm based on harmonic analysis, inter harmonic analysis and oscillation power is proposed.Simulation examples and practical examples are provided and implemented in the project application.
