基于网络线上母乳喂养指导对6个月纯母乳喂养的干预效果研究

Study on the effect of online breastfeeding guidance for six months of exclusive breastfeeding based on the Internet

目的探讨基于网络线上母乳喂养指导对6个月纯母乳喂养的干预效果。方法将2020年1月—6月在深圳市宝安区中心医院分娩的305例产妇纳入研究,根据随机抽签法进行分组,试验组151例,对照组154例。对照组产妇行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予网络线上母乳喂养指导,比较2组的母乳喂养成功率、喂养时间、产妇喂养知识评分、产妇生活泌乳基于知识评分、婴儿体重情况。结果试验组产妇的母乳喂养成功率显著高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);试验组的喂养时间、产妇喂养知识评分、产妇生活泌乳知识评分、婴儿体重情况均优于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论网络线上平台对产妇实施母乳喂养指导可以显著提升产妇的母乳喂养知识,解决母乳喂养中存在的问题,从而提升6个月纯母乳喂养成功率,增加婴儿体重,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of online breastfeeding guidance for six months of exclusive breastfeeding based on the Internet.Methods A study was conducted on 305 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from 1st 2020 to 6th 2020.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random lottery method,with 151 cases in the experimental group and 154 cases in the control group.The mothers in the control group chose routine nursing intervention,and the trial group was given online breastfeeding guidance on the basis of the control group.The breastfeeding success rate,feeding time,maternal feeding knowledge score,maternal life lactation knowledge score,and baby growth were compared between the two groups.The curve situation.Results The breastfeeding success rate of the pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the patients in the experimental group's feeding time,maternal feeding knowledge score,maternal life lactation knowledge score,and baby weight were also better than the reference Group,the difference is large(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving online platforms to provide breastfeeding guidance to mothers can significantly improve the breastfeeding knowledge of mothers and solve the problems in breastfeeding,thereby increasing the six-month exclusive breastfeeding success rate,increasing the weight of children and the nursing work of mothers Satisfaction is worthy of clinical promotion.
