品管圈活动在降低产后乳房胀痛发生率中的价值探究

The value of quality control circle activities in reducing the incidence of postpartum breast pain

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对降低产后乳房胀痛发生率的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2020年8月于江西省妇幼保健院分娩的100例产妇作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2组,各50例。对照组给予常规产后护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施QCC活动,对比2组乳房胀痛发生率、目标达成率、产妇与家属护理满意度与无形成果。结果观察组乳房胀痛发生率低于对照组,产妇与家属满意度高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组中圈员活动后圈员能力评分高于活动前,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组目标达成率高于对照组。结论 QCC可有效降低产妇乳房胀痛发生率,并提升护理人员工作能力,改善产妇与家属护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities on reducing the incidence of postpartum breast tenderness.Methods A total of 100 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postpartum care,and the observation group implemented QCC activities on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of breast tenderness,target achievement rate,nursing satisfaction of mothers and family members and no results were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of breast pain in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the parturients and family members was higher than that of the control group,which was statistically different(P<0.05);Statistical difference(P<0.05);the goal achievement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion QCC can effectively reduce the incidence of breast swelling and pain in parturients,improve the working ability of nursing staff,and improve the nursing satisfaction of parturients and their families.
