分步健康教育结合中医护理对痔疮患者术后康复效果及护理满意度的影响

Effects of step-by-step health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with hemorrhoids

目的探究分步健康教育结合中医护理对痔疮患者术后康复效果及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院肛肠外科收治的80例痔疮术后患者为研究对象,采用计算机随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者予一步式健康教育结合常规护理干预,研究组患者予分步健康教育结合中医护理干预,观察2组患者术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度及住院时间。结果研究组术后并发症发生率及住院时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痔疮围手术期分步健康教育结合中医护理可显著降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,适宜于在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of step-by-step health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of hemorrhoids patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoids after operation in the Department of Anorectal Surgery of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into study group and control group by computer random number table method,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received one-step health education combined with conventional nursing intervention,and patients in the research group received step-by-step health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative complications,the evaluation index of nursing job satisfaction questionnaire and the length of hospital stay in 2 groups were observed.Results The incidence of postoperative complications and the length of hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing work in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative step-by-step health education of hemorrhoids combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work,and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
