上海市浦东新区医学影像诊断云平台的探索与应用

医疗资源分配不均衡,基层医疗机诊疗水平难以得到提升,已经成为我国居民就医的主要问题。文章以上海市浦东新区为例,通过建立医学影像诊断云平台,集中整合医疗影像资源,研究和探索医学影像数据共享,诊疗协同,从而实现医疗资源共享,提高基层医院的诊疗水平,提升病人的就医体验。本平台为浦东新区提升居民就医质量提供了思路和方案,也将作为实现医联体信息化建设进程中的一项重要工作,为我国医疗行业的发展提供优秀案例。

The uneven distribution of medical resources and the difficulty of improving the level of primary medical machine diagnosis and treatment have become the main problems for residents in China.This paper takes Pudong New District of Shanghai as an example,through the establishment of medical image diagnostic cloud platform,centralized integration of medical image resources,research and exploration of medical image data sharing,diagnosis and treatment collaboration,so as to realize the sharing of medical resources,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of grass-roots hospitals,and enhance patients'medical experience.This platform provides ideas and plans for improving the quality of medical treatment for residents in Pudong New Area.It will also be an important work in the process of realizing the informatization construction of the Medical Association and provide excellent cases for the development of the medical industry.
