摘要 胶质瘤是中枢神经系统(CNS)中最常见的原发性恶性肿瘤,具有发病率高、死亡率高的特点。传统的手术、放射治疗和包括替莫唑胺(TMZ)在内的化学疗法虽然取得了一定成果,但患者的预后仍然较差,亟待拓展新的治疗方法。自噬作为一种生物代谢过程,对肿瘤的发生发展具有促进和抑制的双重作用;自噬失调与胶质瘤的病理生理过程存在密切联系。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)可以调控自噬水平,是治疗疾病的潜在靶点。深入了解miRNA调控自噬及其在胶质瘤发生发展治疗中的作用机制,有望为胶质瘤的治疗带来新的希望。 Glioma is the most common primary malignant tumor in the central nervous system(CNS)with the characteristics of high morbidity and mortality.Despite the success of traditional surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy including temozolomide(TMZ),the prognosis of patients remains poor and new treatment methods are urgently needed.Autophagy,as a biological metabolic process,plays a dual role in promoting as well as inhibiting the occurrence and development of tumors.The disorder of autophagy is closely related to the pathophysiological process of gliomas.MicroRNA(miRNA)can regulate autophagy and are potential targets for treatment.An in-depth understanding of miRNA regulation of autophagy and the mechanism in the development and treatment of gliomas is expected to bring new hope for the treatment of glioma patients.
