新冠肺炎疫情期眼科过渡病房的管理初探

Preliminary study on management of ophthalmic transition ward during COVID-19 epidemic

新冠疫情期间,为了保证患者及医护人员的安全,既要控制疫情扩散又要解决急诊及必要患者的诊治问题。本院设立眼科过渡病房,通过对过渡病房环境、人员、耗材及入住流程的管理,让患者就诊入院过渡病房暂时观察处理3日后,转至普通病房,既达到治疗目的,又最大限度保障患者的安全,为临床科室提供了可借鉴的学习方案。

During the COVID-19 period,in order to ensure the safety of patients and medical staff,hospitals must not only control the spread of the epidemic,but also deal with the treatment of emergency and necessary patients.The hospital set up an ophthalmic transition ward,through the management of the transition ward environment,personnel,consumables and admission process,allowing patients to be admitted to the transition ward for temporary observation and treatment after 3 days,and then transferred to the general ward,not only to achieve the purpose of treatment,but also to maximize the safety of patients,providing a learning program for clinical departments to learn from.
