蛹虫草对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

Regulatory effect of Cordyceps militaris on immune function in mice

目的探讨蛹虫草对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 200只小鼠随机均分为蛹虫草0.13、0.27、0.80 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)三个剂量组和空白对照组。给药30 d后,测定各组小鼠免疫学指标。结果与空白对照组相比,蛹虫草0.80 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组淋巴细胞增殖能力、耳壳增重、血清半数溶血值及吞噬指数增加(P<0.05)。蛹虫草0.27、0.80 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组溶血空斑数多于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论蛹虫草具有增强免疫力的作用;其中,浓度为0.80 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)时效果更明显。

Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of Cordyceps militaris on immune function in mice.Methods Two hundred mice were equally randomized into four groups.The mice in groups of A,B and C were treated with Cordyceps militaris 0.13,0.27 and 0.80 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),respectively.The mice in group D were taken as the blank controls.After 30 days, the immunological indicators were detected in each group.Results Compared with group D,the proliferation of lymphocytes, weight gain of ear shell, half value of hemolysis and phagocytosis index were increased in group C(P<0.05).The number of hemolytic plaques in groups of B and C was more than that in group D(P<0.05).Conclusion Cordyceps militaris could enhance the immune function of mice, especially in a dose of 0.80 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1).
