Posterior tilt of femoral head in non-displaced femoral neck fractures: a systemic review

在非移位型股骨颈骨折中,股骨头后倾角过大将影响患者的预后。但对于该角度的临床研究方法各异,结果也不尽一致。为较为全面了解后倾角对非移位型股骨颈骨折患者预后的影响,本文对相关文献进行系统综述,旨在探究股骨头后倾角在非移位型股骨颈骨折治疗中的预后价值及存在问题。

In non-displaced femoral neck fractures, excessive posterior tilt of the femoral head will affect the prognosis of the patient.However, the clinical research methods for this issue are varied greatly without a consistent result. In order to fully understand the impact of posterior tilt on the prognosis of non-displaced femoral neck fractures, this article reviews related literature systemically, aiming to explore the prognostic value and problems of femoral head posterior tilt in the treatment of non-displaced femoral neck fractures.
