Research on Organization and Innovation for Inspection and Test of Chengdu-Chongqing HSR Quality Improvement and Standard Conformation

为深入研究高速铁路既有线提质达标工作,不断提高既有线提质达标检测试验组织水平,在阐述和分析中国铁路成都局集团有限公司成渝高铁提质达标工作组织情况基础上,针对高铁既有线提质达标检测试验主要任务、困难特点、主要做法、主要成效等方面进行深入总结和研究,可为全路350 km/h高速铁路既有线提质达标检测试验工作提供参考。

In order to make an in-depth study on the quality improvement and standard conformation work of the existing high speed railway lines and continuously improve the organization for inspection and test of quality improvement and standard conformation of the existing lines,this paper makes an in-depth summary and analysis from the aspects such as main tasks,difficulty characteristics,main approaches and main results of the inspection and test for quality improvement and standard conformation of the existing high speed railway lines,based on the elaboration and analysis on the organization of inspection and test work by China Railway Chengdu Group Co Ltd for Chengdu-Chongqing HSR quality improvement and standard conformation,which can provide a reference for the inspection and test work on quality improvement and standard conformation of the existing 350 km/h high speed railway lines among national railways.
