摘要 联调联试作为高速铁路竣工验收中的一项重要环节,需要铁路各个专业部门配合,房建专业虽然不是主导专业,但若出现问题也会影响整个联调联试计划。为确保联调联试的正常进行,建立科学的房建专业组织管理模式尤为重要。介绍联调联试前房建专业相关准备工作的基本内容;重点总结在联调联试中,房建专业涉及的施工监管、限界确认的工作内容,制定相应的规范化流程;对跨线、轨旁房建设备进行安全分析并提出控制措施;总结应急处置措施。通过分析和明确在联调联试中房建专业的各项工作内容、标准和流程,可为房建设备管理单位在新线联调联试中开展工作提供参考和借鉴。 As an important link in the construction completion and acceptance of HSR,testing and commissioning needs the cooperation of various departments of railway.Although the housing construction area is not playing a leading role in the process,the whole testing and commissioning plan will also be affected in case of any problem in the area.It is particularly important to establish a scientific organization and management mode of housing construction to ensure the smooth implementation of testing and commissioning.This paper introduces the basic contents of relevant preparatory work for housing construction before the testing and commissioning,summarizes the work contents of construction supervision and gauge confirmation involved in housing construction during testing and commissioning,formulates corresponding standardized process,carries out safety analysis on the housing construction equipment across the line and beside the track and puts forward control measures,and summarizes emergency response measures.The analysis and clarification of various work contents of housing construction in the testing and commissioning can provide a reference for the housing construction equipment management organization in the testing and commissioning of a new line.
