摘要 为打造“智能福厦”精品工程,选取福厦铁路福井梁场应用BIM技术。通过建立梁场三维地形模型、梁场构件Revit族库、梁场各功能分区布置等工作内容完成BIM设计,建立福井预制梁场BIM模型。设计成果具有可视化、信息化的特点:通过仿真漫游直观形象地展示梁场细部构造,进一步优化梁场方案;通过施工仿真模拟运架梁的施工工序,指导大型工装设备的配备,可形象地进行设计交底指导施工。为今后预制梁场及相关大临工程的BIM设计提供借鉴。 In order to create a"smart Fuxia"quality project,the Fujing beam field of Fuxia Railway was selected to apply BIM technology.The BIM design was completed by establishing the three-dimensional topographic model of the beam field,the Revit family library of beam field components,and the layout of each functional zone of the beam field,and the BIM model of the Fukui prefabricated beam field was established.Design results have the characteristics of visualization and information:Visually display the detailed structure of the beam field through simulation roaming,and further optimize the plan.Simulate the construction process of transporting and erecting beams through construction simulation,and guide the equipment of large-scale tooling,which can visually carry out design disclosure and guide construction.Provide reference for the future BIM design of precast beam yard and related Dalin project.
