山区铁路在施工过程中会产生大量的隧道弃渣,既占用土地又影响环境,随着国家环保要求的提高和投资控制的需要,隧道弃渣加工利用做混凝土骨料逐渐成为设计阶段考虑的重点,本文就隧道弃渣利用中的隧道弃渣加工碎石产出率及其利用情况进行了分析,并结合工程案例对设计阶段隧道弃渣加工碎石的利用数量及其对投资的影响进行了计算分析。对隧道弃渣加工混凝土粗骨料的经济分析,可为后续铁路工程隧道弃渣的利用提供一定参考。

During the construction of the mountain railway,a large amount of tunnel spoil will be generated,which will occupy land and affect the environment.With the improvement of national environmental protection requirements and the need for investment control,the processing and utilization of tunnel spoil as concrete aggregate has gradually become the focus of consideration in the design stage.This paper analyzes the yield rate and utilization of tunnel spoil processing gravel in the use of tunnel spoil,and combined with the engineering case,the calculation and analysis of the utilization quantity of tunnel spoil processing concrete coarse aggregate and its influence on investment in the design stage are carried out.The economic analysis of tunnel spoil processing concrete coarse aggregate can provide a certain reference for the subsequent utilization of railway engineering tunnel spoil.
