微型顶管技术在高铁无砟轨道线间排水系统修复施工中的应用

摘要 依托某高铁嘉善南站路基防排水综合整治工程,结合设计及现场实际情况,分析了高速铁路无砟轨道线间高封闭排水系统存在的问题,提出了采用微型顶管施工技术对高速铁路无砟轨道线间排水修复的施工方案,成功解决了运营高铁无砟轨道线间排水难题。结合工程实施情况,系统归纳了微型顶管技术的施工工艺流程及过程控制要点,总结了该技术的实际施工效益,可为类似高铁病害整治提供有力的参考和指导。 In this paper,the problems of high-closed drainage system between ballastless track lines of high-speed railway are analyzed based on the design and the actual situation of the high-speed railway in Jiashan South Station,China.this paper puts forward a construction scheme to repair the water drainage system between ballastless track lines of high-speed railway by using micro-pipe jacking construction technology,which successfully solves the problem of water drainage between ballastless track lines of high-speed railway.Combined with the project implementation,the construction process and process control points of the micro-pipe jacking technology are systematically summarized,and the actual construction benefits of the technology are summarized,which can provide a strong reference and guidance for the treatment of similar high-speed rail diseases.
