山东省工业布局特征与发展对策研究——基于第四次经济普查

Study on Industrial Distribution Characteristics and Development Countermeasures of Shandong Province:based on the Fourth Economic Census

全国第四次经济普查的数据为了解掌握山东工业经济现状提供了第一手资料。为促进山东省工业经济高质量发展,加快由工业大省向工业强省的跨越,从普查数据入手,全面分析全省规上企业的工业增加值、营收、利润等分布情况及重点行业在各地市的发展状况,深入剖析各市产业结构和发展重点,总结归纳全省工业布局特征。研究认为经过多年的发展,山东16市已经形成了各具特色的产业结构和优势互补协同发展的格局,但当前工业布局仍然存在问题和不足之处。今后工业布局调整优化的对策建议包括:一是提升产业结构,推动产业横向区域转移发展;二是强化经济内循环,促进区域协同发展;三是引导区域创新,实现产业错位发展新格局;四是壮大特色产业集群,构建"雁阵型"集群发展模式。

The data of the fourth national economic census provides first-hand information for understanding the current situation of industrial economy in Shandong Province.In order to promote high-quality development of industrial economy in Shandong Province and to speed up the leap from a big industrial province to a strong industrial province,this paper uses the census data to comprehensively analyze the distribution of industrial added value,business income,total profit of enterprises above designated size on the provincial scale and the development status of major industries in 16 cities.This paper deeply analyzes the industrial structure and development focus of each city,and summarizes the industrial layout characteristics of the whole province.The industrial structure and development focus of each city are analyzed and the industrial layout characteristics of the whole province are summarized,after years of development.16 cities have formed their own industrial structure and advantages and established a pattern of coordinated development,but there are still problems and deficiencies in the current industrial layout.This study puts forward some suggestions for optimizing industrial layout in the future:first,upgrade the industrial structure and promote the horizontal regional transfer of industry;second,strengthen the internal circulation of economy and promote regional coordinated development;the third is to guide regional innovation and realize a new pattern of industrial dislocation development;the fourth is to strengthen the characteristic industrial clusters and build the"geese formation"development mode.
