江苏城市空间经济联系与产业外溢效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 推进省内全域一体化发展,是江苏贯彻落实长三角区域一体化发展国家战略的重大举措。为深入了解江苏城市之间的空间经济联系强度情况,利用断裂点模型、流强度模型,通过计算城市之间断裂点位置、断裂点场强、城市空间影响半径以及产业区位熵、外向功能量、城市功能效益、城市流强度、城市流倾向度等相关指标,对江苏各城市空间影响的强度和范围进行实证分析。结果表明,江苏空间经济发展不均衡,城市空间影响力、外向功能等具体指标间的差距较大;空间经济联系不紧密,城市辐射半径普遍偏小,城市断裂(断裂点处场强偏低)特征显著;中心城市不突出,尚不具备对全域都具有较强空间影响力的城市。为此,建议加快建立健全推进省内全域一体化发展的体制机制;大力培育具有全域影响力的高能级中心城市;充分发挥产业协同对全域一体化发展的重要作用,加快打造全域性产业链价值链。 Promoting regional integration in Jiangsu Province is an important measure to implement the national strategy for intergrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.In order to deeply understand the strength of spatial economic connections between cities in Jiangsu, breaking point model and the flow intensity model are used to make an empirical analysis on Jiangsu spatial economic connections and industrial spillover effects by calculating indexes such as the location and field strength of breakpoints between cities,spatial influence radius, industrial location entropy, export-oriented function quantity and flow intensity.The results show that the spatial economic development in Jiangsu is unbalanced and there is a large gap among cities, such as field strength, flow intensity, etc;the spatial economic connections are untight, the spatial influence radium are generally small and the characteristics of breaking(the field strengthes at the breaking points are low)are significant.The central city is not prominent. Therefore, it is suggested to speed up the establishment and improvement of the system and mechanism to promote the regional integration;cultivate high-energy central cities with global influence;accelerate the construction of global industrial chain and value chain in order to fwlly play the important role of industrial collaboration to implement regional integration in Jiangsu Province.
