摘要 针对我国现有乘坐式高速插秧机在插植作业时普遍存在的调平精度低、秧台抖动严重等问题,通过加入倾角传感器、小功率直流电机、调平控制器等部件进行插秧机插植部的自动化控制,满足插秧机插秧一致性的要求,设计了一种带有双阈值死区的PID控制策略,避免了插秧机在插秧作业时插植部抖动的问题。实车测试表明,水田插秧作业质量较现有插秧机作业质量有明显提升,符合设计要求。 Aiming at the common problems of low leveling precision and serious seedling table shaking in the transplanting operation of the existing high-speed passenger transplanter in our country,the automatic control of transplanter was carried out by adding inclination sensor,low power DC motor and leveling controller,so as to meet the requirements of transplanter consistency.A PID control strategy with double threshold dead zone was designed to avoid the jiggling problem of the transplanter during transplanting.The test results show that the quality of paddy rice transplanter is improved obviously compared with the existing transplanter,and meets the design requirements.
