分析高龄产妇产后抑郁症与人格特征的相关性

Analyze the correlation between postpartum depression and personality characteristics of senile parturients

目的研究高龄产妇产后抑郁症与人格特征的相关性。方法纳入与滁州城市职业学院建立救治绿色通道的滁州市人民医院产科2018年1月—12月收治的273例高龄产妇,年龄大于35岁,平均年龄(37.1±1.1)岁,孕周为37~42周。本次研究采用问卷调查的方式进行,采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、易感性人格特征量表(VPSQ)和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)问卷调查。结果爱丁堡产后抑郁症量表显示EPDS≥13的产妇有45例,平均得分为16.03±2.83,产后的抑郁发生率为16.48%。与非抑郁组进行组间比较,抑郁组患者内外向评分显著降低,神经质评分显著升高(P<0.05)。易感性人格特征量表评分,抑郁产妇的易感分量表的评分值为(22.14±2.83),极显著的高于非抑郁患者易感分量表的评分值(11.24±1.47)(P<0.001)。EPDS评分与VPSQ总评分r值为0.72,说明高龄产妇的易感人格特征与产后抑郁症成正相关性。结论高龄产妇的易感人格特征与产后抑郁症成正相关性,因此产前通过对高龄产妇的易感人格特征评分,早期预测产后抑郁症的发生,及早进行干预,有效预防产后抑郁症的发生。

Objective:To study the correlation between poestpartum depression and personality characteristics of elderlyparturients.Methods:Earolled 273 elderly parturients who were admited to the obstetrics department of Chuzhou People'sHospital,which has established a green chamnel for treatment with our school,from January to December 2018.They wereolder than 35 years old,with an average age range of(37.1±1.1)years and a gestational age of 37~42 weeks This study was conducted by questionnaire survey,using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPO-RSC),"susceptibility person-ality characteristics scale,VSQ"and"Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale,EPDS"questionnaire survey.Results:The Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale showed that there were 45 parturients with EPDS≥l3,with an average score of(16.03±2.83),and the incidence of postpartum depression was 16.48%.Compared with the non-depressed group,the introversion score in the depressed group was significantly decreased,while the neuroticism score was significanly increased(P<0.05).The susceptibility personality characteristics scale score,the score value of the susceptibility subscale of depressed mothers is(22.14±2.83),which is extremely significantly higher than the scwre value of(11.24±1.47)of thesusceptibility subscale of non-depressed patients(P<0.001).The total-value of EPDS score and VPSQ score is 0.72,which indicates that the susceptible personality characteristics of elderly parturients are positively correlated with postpartumdepression.Conclusion;The susceptible personality characteristics of elder parturients are positively correlated with postpar-tum depress ion.Therefore,the susceptible personality characteristics of elder parturients can be scored before childbirth topredict the occurrence of postpartum depression early and cary out early intervention to effectively prevent postpartum depression.
