艾叶干燥、存储、加工过程中挥发性成分的变化规律研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:阐明艾叶在干燥、存储、加工过程中挥发性成分的变化规律,为艾叶生产加工提供科学依据。方法:采用GC法分析干燥、存储、加工过程中艾叶的挥发性成分,并用GC-MS法鉴定挥发性成分,以相对峰面积表征其变化规律。结果:采用GC法确定了鲜艾叶中的36个色谱峰,鉴定了其中的16个挥发性成分;鲜艾叶在干燥过程中桉油精等低沸点成分相对峰面积明显减小;在高温条件下(模拟陈化过程)艾叶随放置时间的延长,11个挥发性成分(柱温为90℃~168℃)的相对峰面积下降70%以上;艾叶打绒加工后,艾绒中挥发性成分的相对峰面积随打绒比的增大呈下降趋势。结论:该分析方法适用于艾叶中挥发性成分的检测,阐明了挥发性成分在干燥、存储、加工过程中的变化规律,有助于指导艾叶的生产、加工和产业化利用。 Objective: To illuminate the variation rules of volatile components in drying, storage and processing of Artemisiae Argyi Folium, so as to provide scientific basis for the production and processing of Artemisiae Argyi Folium.Methods: The volatile components in drying, storage and processing of Artemisiae Argyi Folium were analyzed by GC and identified by GC-MS.The variation rule was described by relative peak area.Results: 36 peaks in fresh Artemisiae Argyi Folium were analyzed by GC and 16 volatile components were identified.In the process of drying of fresh Artemisiae Argyi Folium, the relative peak areas of eucalyptus and other low boiling point components decreased obviously.Under high temperature conditions(simulating aging process),the relative peak areas of 11 volatile components(column temperature of 90 ℃~168 ℃)decreased by more than 70% with the extension of placing time;After removing the tomentum from the Artemisiae Argyi Folium, the relative peak areas of volatile components in moxa of Artemisiae Argyi Folium decreased with the increase of the ratio of Artemisiae Argyi Folium to moxa.Conclusion: The analysis method is suitable for the detection of volatile components in Artemisiae Argyi Folium, and the variation rules of volatile components in drying, storage and processing are expounded, which are helpful to guide the production, processing and industrial utilization of Artemisiae Argyi Folium.
