摘要
目的:对河北安国产祁菊Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Qiju叶的化学成分进行初步研究。方法:将大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、ODS等柱色谱与制备型高效液相色谱法相结合进行化合物的分离制备,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从祁菊叶70%乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到了7个黄酮类成分,分别鉴定为:山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、kaempferol-3-O-neohesperidoside(2)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、(2R)-7-methoxyl-8-hydroxyethyl-4′-hydroxylflavane-2′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、(2S)-7-methoxyl-8-hydroxyethyl-4′-hydroxylflavane-2′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)。结论:其中,化合物2、6、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To preliminary study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium in Anguo of Hebei.Methods: The compounds were isolated by chromatographies, such as macroreticular resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20,ODS and preparative HPLC,the structures were identified by the physicochemical property and NMR spectral data.Results: Seven compounds were isolated and purified from the 70% ethanol extract of Chrysanthemum morifolium leaves, and identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(1),kaempferol-3-O-neohesperidoside(2),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamanopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(5),(2R)-7-methoxyl-8-hydroxyethyl-4′-hydroxylflavane-2′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),(2S)-7-methoxyl-8-hydroxyethyl-4′-hydroxylflavane-2′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2,6,7 are isolated from Chrysanthemum genus for the first time, compound 4 is isolated from Chrysanthemum morifolium for the first time.
