林憾庐编辑出版杂志情况述略——从巴金《关于<火>》中的一句话说开去

林憾庐主要编辑出版的杂志有《宇宙风》《见闻》《宇宙风(乙刊)》《中国与世界》和《西洋文学》共五种。这些杂志除《宇宙风》坚持最久外,其余四种均未超过十期就停刊了。巴金说"他办的刊物,质量不高,但在当时销路不算少",对此作者梳理史料,从这些杂志的创办、编辑力量、销量、质量等多角度展开论述,发现巴金所说的"他办的杂志"中的杂志很有可能是指林憾庐付出心血最多最久的《宇宙风》,如果综合这五种杂志整体情况看下来,似乎说成"他们质量不错,不过销量不高"更为合适。

Lin Hanlu edited and published mainly five kinds of magazines:Yu Zhou Feng,Jian Wen,Yu Zhou Feng(B),Zhong Guo Yu Shi Jieand Xi Yang Wen Xue.With the exception of Yu Zhou Feng,which lasted the longest,the other four magazines ceased publication within ten issues.Ba Jin said that"the quality of the publications he had run was not high,but the sales were not low at the time."The author combed historical materials and discussed the creation,editorial power,sales,quality and other aspects of these magazines.Itwas found thatthe magazine in Ba Jin’s"The Magazines He Runs"probably refers to the Yu Zhou Feng that Lin Hanlu has concentrated the most effort.Considering the overall situation of these five magazines,it seems to be more appropriateto conclude"They are of good quality,but their sales are not high".
