摘要
薄煤层综采液压支架一般要求梁体安全系数高,但顶梁前端需为采煤机预留足够的过机高度,故梁体厚度薄,以保证支架能适应最低采高。前端伸缩梁护帮机构的梁端厚度需尽量小,避免煤机通过时与梁头干涉。故而设计了两种薄煤层伸缩机构,主要通过采用高强钢板、改变伸缩千斤顶布置型式的方式,来达到压缩顶梁前端厚度的目的。
Generally,the beam body safety factor of hydraulic support for fully mechanized mining in thin coal seam is high,but the front end of the top beam needs to reserve enough passing height for the shearer,so the beam body thickness is thin to ensure that the support can adapt to the minimum mining height.The thickness of the beam end of the front telescopic beam retaining mechanism should be as small as possible to avoid the interference with the beam head when the coal machine passes.Therefore,two kinds of thin coal seam telescopic mechanism are designed,mainly through the use of high-strength steel plate,changing the layout of telescopic jack,to achieve the purpose of compressing the thickness of the front end of the top beam.
