摘要
通过高温高压腐蚀模拟浸泡试验和电化学试验,结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段,研究了强氧化剂K_(2)CrO_(4)对超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢及P110碳钢在K_(4)P_(2)O_(7)磷酸盐完井液溶液中耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:K_(2)CrO_(4)的加入可以提升超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢和P110碳钢的耐蚀性。K_(2)CrO_(4)可以抑制P110碳钢表面疏松腐蚀产物的生成,增加13Cr马氏体不锈钢的钝化特性。
The effect of strong oxidant K_(2)CrO_(4)on the corrosion resistance of super 13Cr stainless steel and P110 carbon steel in K_(4)P_(2)O_(7)phosphate completion fluid solution was studied by high temperature and high pressure corrosion simulation immersion test and electrochemical test,combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other analytical methods.The results showed that the addition of K_(2)CrO_(4)could improve the corrosion resistance of super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel and P110 carbon steel.K_(2)CrO_(4)could inhibit the formation of loose corrosion products on the surface of P110 carbon steel and increase the passivation characteristics of 13Cr martensitic stainless steel.
