摘要
为提高光伏消纳能力,构建了一种含废弃矿井抽蓄-蓄电池混合储能的联合发电系统。针对联合发电系统,分别研究了光伏、废弃矿井抽蓄电站及蓄电池的数学模型,引入弃光成本,提出了以联合发电系统总运行成本最低和光伏消纳量最大为目标的优化调度模型,结合功率平衡约束、废弃矿井抽蓄电站运行约束、电池储能运行等约束,利用CPLEX优化工具实现调度模型最优解求取。通过算例,对系统在光伏-废弃矿井抽蓄、光伏-电池储能和光伏-废弃矿井抽蓄-电池储能3种不同调度方式下的光伏消纳效果进行对比,结果表明,本调度策略可以达到系统运行成本最优、降低弃光的效果。
To improve the capacity of photovoltaic energy consumption,a hybrid power generation system of abandoned mine pumped storage and battery is constructed.Aiming at the hybrid power generation system,mathematical models of PV,abandoned mine pumped storage power station and battery are studied respectively.By introducing the cost of light discarding,an optimal scheduling model is proposed,which aims at the lowest total operating cost and the maximum PV energy consumption of the hybrid power generation system.Combined with power balance constraints,operation constraints of abandoned mine pumped storage power station and battery energy storage,an optimal solution of the scheduling model is obtained by means of CPLEX optimization tool.The results show that the scheduling strategy can achieve the optimal operation cost of the system and reduce the waste light effect.
