补肾益气止痛安胎方辅助黄体酮注射液治疗先兆性流产对PAPP-A、血β-HCG的变化研究

Study on Changes of PAPP-A and Bloodβ-HCG in Patients with Threatened Abortion Treated with Bushen Yiqi Zhitong Antai Recipe(补肾益气止痛安胎方)Combined with Progesterone Injection

目的研究补肾益气止痛安胎方辅助黄体酮注射液治疗先兆性流产对患者妊娠相关蛋白A(PAPP-A)、血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的变化影响。方法选取医院2016年12月—2018年10月收治的先兆性流产患者98例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予黄体酮注射液治疗,观察组给予补肾益气止痛安胎方辅助黄体酮注射液治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率(91.84%,45/49)高于对照组(73.47%,30/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道出血停止时间(8.05±1.84)d、腹痛停止时间(7.54±2.01)d及腰痛停止时间(7.26±2.01)d短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PAPP-A、血β-HCG、孕酮(P)、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后PAPP-A、血β-HCG、P、HO-1、IL-10水平高于对照组,IL-2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾益气止痛安胎方辅助黄体酮注射液治疗先兆性流产可对调高PAPP-A、血β-HCG、P、HO-1有促进作用,减轻炎症反应,缩短症状停止时间。

Objective To study the effect of Bushen Yiqi Zhitong Antai Recipe(补肾益气止痛安胎方) combined with progesterone injection on the changes of pregnancy related protein A(PAPP-A) and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG) in patients with threatened abortion. Methods A total of 98 cases of pre-threatened abortion from December 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received the injection of progesterone, and the observation group was given Bushen Yiqi Zhitong Antai Recipe and the injection of the progesterone. The clinical effect after the treatment of the two patients was analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group(91.84%,45/49) was higher than that in the control group(73.47%,36/49). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The stopping time of vaginal bleeding[(8.05±1.84)d], the stopping time of abdominal pain[(7.54±2.01)d] and the time of low back pain[(7.26±2.01)d] were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of β-HCG, progesterone(P), heme oxygenase-1(HO-1), IL-2 or IL-10 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of β-HCG,P,HO-1,IL-10 and PAPP-A in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the IL-2 level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of the threatened abortion with Bushen Yiqi Zhitong Antai Recipe assisting the injection of the progesterone can promote the levels of PAPP-A, blood β-HCG, P and HO-1, reduce the inflammatory reaction and shorten the symptom stopping time.
