摘要
美洲大蠊作为药用昆虫始载于《神农本草经》,目前它的提取物制品已有相关药物上市,如"肝龙胶囊""康复新液"和"心脉龙注射液"等。大量临床实践证明,其在组织修复、抗肿瘤、增强免疫及心肌保护等方面有明显疗效,而美洲大蠊提取物的抗氧化作用尚不明确。近年来,已有许多相关研究被发表,包括不同溶剂提取物中所含的活性物质和提取物在抗疾病方面的疗效等,但这些活性物质发挥作用的本质是否与抗氧化应激有关,未见系统报道,其分子作用机制更是有待深入研究。因此,对美洲大蠊提取物生物活性成分及其抗氧化应激作用机理方面的研究进行综述,旨在为其活性成分的纯化和分子作用机制的深入研究提供理论基础。
Periplaneta americana was used as a medicinal insect, which was first published in Shennong’s Herbal Classic. At present, related drugs of its extract are already on the medicine market, such as "Ganlong Capsule(肝龙胶囊)" "Kangfuxin Liquid(康复新液)" and "Xinmailong Injection(心脉龙注射液)". The modern studies show they have obvious effects on tissue repair, anti-tumor, enhancing immunity and myocardial protection. But it is not clear about the mechanism of antioxidant effect of Periplaneta americana extract. In recent years, many related researches have been published, including the active substances contained in the extracts, and the molecular mechanism of the extracts in anti-disease, etc. However, whether the essence of the functions in these active substances is related to anti-oxidative stress has not been systematically reported. This review outlined recent advances of Periplaneta americana extract in antioxidative stress and was expected to provide a support to the research on purification of bioactive components of Periplaneta americana extract and its mechanism of antioxidative stress.
