保儿宁颗粒联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘合并变应性鼻炎疗效及对IL-17和IL-35水平的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Baoerning Granule(保儿宁颗粒)Combined with Montelukast on Asthma with Allergic Rhinitis and Its Effect on Levels of IL-17 and IL-35 in Children

目的探讨保儿宁颗粒联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的疗效及对患儿白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-35(IL-35)水平的影响。方法选择2017年12月—2019年9月在医院接受治疗的哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的患儿98例,依据随机数字表将全部患儿分为对照组与观察组,每组49例,对比两组治疗前后的血清IL-17、IL-35水平、鼻炎与哮喘症状评分。对比两组的临床治疗效果、治疗过程中的不良反应情况。结果治疗后两组的血清IL-17均降低,血清IL-35均增高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组的血清IL-17低于对照组,血清IL-35高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的鼻炎与哮喘症状评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组的鼻炎与哮喘症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中的各项不良反应发生率数据差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用保儿宁颗粒联合孟鲁司特治疗哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的患儿,有助于改善血清炎性因子的水平,提升治疗效果,改善相关的症状,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Baoerning Granule(保儿宁颗粒) and montelukast on asthma combined with allergic rhinitis and the effect on levels of IL-17 and IL-35 in children. Methods A total of 98 children with asthma and allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital between December 2017 and September 2019 were selected. All children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 49 cases in each group. The serum levels of interleukin-17(IL-17) and interleukin-35(IL-35), rhinitis and asthma symptoms scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared during the treatment of the two groups. Results After treatment, the level of IL-17 in serum in both groups was decreased, and the level of IL-35 in serum was increased(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-17 in serum in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of IL-35 in serum was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of rhinitis and asthma symptoms in both groups were reduced(P<0.05). The scores of rhinitis and asthma symptoms in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Baoerning Granule and montelukast in the treatment of children with asthma and allergic rhinitis can help to improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors, the treatment effect and related symptoms, and have good safety.
