从肠道微生态探讨“培土生金法”在治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎中的运用

新型冠状病毒肺炎在全世界蔓延和传播,中医在此疫情中发挥了极大的作用,文章立足于脾土生肺金来防治新冠肺炎,更是从肠道微生态的角度出发,探究菌群的改变。《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》推荐用微生态调节剂维持肠道微生态平衡,预防继发细菌感染。肠道微生态是机体内环境稳定的重要保障因素,肠道菌群失衡与机体免疫功能下降及新冠肺炎发生发展密切相关。肺脾同治可维持肠道菌群的平衡,保护肠道屏障功能,调节免疫。肺与大肠相表里,肺脾同治更是中医理论的培土生金,这样可做到及早预防,既病防变。脾胃的盛衰是治疗新冠肺炎的关键,培土生金可健脾益肺,同时调治肺、脾、大肠三个脏腑,达到肺脾合治,肺肠同治的目的。文章主要指出,通过补脾使后天之本得以滋养,来提升正气对抗邪气,更是从肺、脾、肠三方面指导新冠肺炎的治疗。
