基于证用价值导向的通用档案信息系统体系架构研究

Research on the General Archival Information System Architecture Based on the Evidence and Utilization Orientation

档案信息系统体系架构可用于指导整个档案软硬件系统的基本构成,指导具体的功能实现与软件分布,对于支撑数字档案全生命周期单轨管理与知识化服务具有重要意义。现有档案信息系统体系架构研究缺乏全面思考、价值管控与顶层设计。建构具有分化特征的体系架构能够体现证用技术路线差异、档案资源对象差异和平台证用分合规律。本文提出的通用档案信息系统体系架构原型能够满足档案数据基础设施和内外部治理体系的需要,既能够支撑全生命周期数字单轨存证服务,也能够依托DIKW导向实现知识服务。

The archival information system architecture can be used to guide the design of basic composition of archival software and hardware system,as well as the implementation of specific functions and software distribution.It is of great significance for supporting the single-track management of the digital archives’ lifecycle and knowledge service.However,the existing archive information system architecture research lacks comprehensive thinking,value control and top-level design.Constructing a system structure with differentiated characteristics can reflect the differences in the technical routes of evidence and utilization,the differences in archival resource objects,and the pattern of separation and integration of platform certification.The general archival information system architecture prototype proposed in this paper can meet the needs of archival data infrastructure,and the internal and external governance systems,which can support the full lifecycle of single-track digital evidence service,as well as contributes to knowledge services with the support of DIKW.
