摘要 “限塑令”再度升级,新版“禁塑令”规定从2021年开始部分地区场所禁止使用不可降解塑料购物袋、一次性餐具和塑料吸管等,将使用绿色环保的产品进行替代,可生物降解塑料成为主要替代产品是一种必然发展趋势。生物降解率是评判可生物降解塑料的重要指标,本文使用岛津总有机碳固体进样系统TOC-L CPH+SSM-5000A建立了生物降解塑料中有机碳含量的测定方法,为测定材料生物降解率提供了理论依据。固体直接燃烧催化氧化,前处理过程简单,分析速度快,灵敏度好,准确度高,适合可降解塑料等制品中总有机碳含量的测试。 The“Plastic Restriction Order”has been upgraded again.The new version of the“Plastic Prohibition Order”stipulates that non-degradable plastic shopping bags,disposable tableware and plastic straws will be banned in some areas from 2021,and green products will be used instead,which are biodegradable.It is an inevitable development trend that biodegradable plastics become the main substitute products.Biodegradation rate is an important indicator for judging biodegradable plastics.A method for determining the organic carbon in biodegradable plastics was developed by total organic carbon solid sampling system TOC-L CPH and SSM-5000A.It provides a theoretical basis for determining the biodegradation rate of materials.The method has simple pretreatment process,fast analysis speed,good sensitivity and high accuracy.It is suitable for testing the total organic carbon content in biodegradable plastic and other products.
