消化性溃疡的护理进展

Nursing progress of peptic ulcer

消化性溃疡(PU)是一种是严重损害人民健康的常见病、多发病。近年来随着社会的不断发展,饮食结构也在随着生活节奏的改变而不断发生变化,PU的患病人数以及发病率均呈现出了明显的上升趋势。国外有报道称,估计约有10%左右的人在其一生中患过此病,且该病好发于任何年龄段。临床资料显示,十二指肠溃疡(DU)多见于青壮年,而胃溃疡(GU)则是以中老年最为多见;前者的发病高峰一般比后者提前10年左右。临床上DU患病人数多于GU,DU与GU发生率的比值大约为3∶1左右。不论是GU还是DU均好发于男性。目前,PU已成为影响全球公共健康的重大问题。相关研究证实,优质的护理措施对PU患者至关重要。本文对PU的相关护理进展进行了综述,以期为PU的临床护理方案的制订提供依据。

Peptic ulcer(PU)is a common and frequently occurring disease that seriously damages people’s health.In recent years,with the continuous development of society,the diet structure is changing with the change of life rhythm.The number of PU patients and the incidence rate of diseases show an obvious upward trend.According to foreign reports,it is estimated that about 10% of people have suffered from this disease in their lifetime,and the disease is likely to occur in any age group.Clinical data show that duodenal ulcer disease(DU)is more common in young adults,and gastric ulcer(GU)is most common in middle-aged and elderly people;the peak of the former is generally about 10 years earlier than that of the latter.Clinically,the number of DU patients is more than GU.The ratio of DU to GU is about 3∶1.Both GU and DU are more common in men.At present,PU has become a major issue affecting global public health.Relevant studies confirm that high-quality nursing measures are very important for PU patients.This paper reviews the relevant nursing progress of PU,in order to provide the basis for the formulation of clinical nursing program of PU.
