朗诵训练改善抑郁症患者负性情绪的效果观察 被引量:1

The effect observation of recitation training on the negative emotion of depression patients

摘要 目的探讨朗诵训练对抑郁症患者负性情绪及生活质量的效果。方法选取2019年3—10月在江门市第三人民医院精神科住院的60例抑郁症患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,研究组在常规治疗和护理的基础上辅以朗诵训练,比较两组干预前及干预2、4和8周后的汉密顿抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表、自信量表、QOL-BREF生活质量量表评分。结果两组患者在护理干预2、4和8周后的焦虑、抑郁评分均有所降低,且研究组评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理干预后自信量表、生活质量量表评分均有所提升,且研究组评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者在常规治疗和护理的基础上,辅以朗诵训练可以发挥康复作用,效果明显。能够有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,生活质量和自信心明显提升,具有较高的临床实用性和推广价值。 Objective To explore the effect of recitation training on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with depression in the Psychiatry Department of the Third People’s Hospital of Jiangmen City from March 2019 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while the study group was given recitation training on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The two groups were compared before and after 2,4 and 8 weeks of intervention through Hamilton Depression Scale,self rating anxiety scale,self-confidence scale and QOL-BREF life quality scale.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were decreased after 2,4 and 8 weeks of nursing intervention,and the scores of the study group was significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);after nursing intervention,the scores of self-confidence scale and life quality scale of the two groups were improved,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,recitation training could play a rehabilitation role in patients with depression,and the effect was obvious.It could effectively improve patients’ anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,significantly improve the quality of life and self-confidence,and had high clinical practicability and promotion value.
