早期康复训练在脑卒中患者中的应用效果

Application effect of early rehabilitation training in stroke patients

目的观察早期康复训练在脑卒中患者中的应用价值。方法将2019年6月—2020年6月天津市泰达医院收治的脑卒中平稳期患者共74例纳为研究对象,并开展回顾性研究,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组接受常规临床训练,观察组在常规训练基础上联合早期康复训练,比较患者训练前后神经功能损伤评分、自护能力评分变化及训练满意率。结果训练前,两组患者神经功能损伤评分、自护能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,观察组患者NIHSS评分为(20.07±1.33)分,低于对照组的(24.02±1.58)分,ADL评分为(74.54±3.02)分,高于对照组的(70.02±2.98)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组训练总满意率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练的实施,能有效提高脑卒中患者生理机能,提升整体预后质量,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To observe the application value of early rehabilitation training in stroke patients.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,a total of 74 patients with stroke in stable stage in Tianjin TEDA Hospital were selected as the research objects,and a retrospective study was carried out.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical training,and the observation group received early rehabilitation training on the basis of routine training.The scores of neurological function injury and self-care ability and the satisfaction rate of training were compared before and after the training.Results Before training,there were no significant differences in the scores of neurological function injury and self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after training,the NIHSS score of the observation group was(20.07±1.33)score,lower than(24.02±1.58)score of the control group,ADL score was(74.54±3.02)score,higher than(70.02±2.98)score of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than 75.68% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation training could effectively improve the physiological function of stroke patients,improve the overall prognosis quality,and promote the early recovery of patients.
