带刚性斜撑的冷弯薄壁型钢剪力墙抗侧性能试验研究 被引量:1

An Experimental Study on the Lateral Performance of the Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Steel Shear Wall with Rigid Bracing

摘要 对3片足尺镁晶板覆面的带刚性斜撑的冷弯薄壁型钢剪力墙进行水平单调和低周往复加载试验,以测试该种冷弯薄壁型钢剪力墙的抗侧性能。通过试验观测了该种剪力墙的破坏过程,获得了墙体的单调荷载-位移曲线、滞回曲线及骨架曲线,并对结构的延性、耗能能力、抗剪承载力、刚度退化及破坏特征进行分析。试验结果表明:边柱屈曲后墙体的刚度迅速降低,墙板在接缝处以及边柱处逐渐与骨架分离,标志着试件发生破坏。在实际工程中,此种墙体应使用与边柱刚度相适配的抗拔件,采用整面覆板并加强接缝处及边柱上的螺钉连接。最后,将试验结果与其他文献中剪力墙的力学性能进行对比,结果表明,试验墙体在保证具有较高抗侧承载力的情况下仍具有较好的延性及耗能性能。 In order to investigate the lateral performance, horizontal monotonic and low cyclic loading tests on three full-scale cold-formed thin-walled steel shear walls with rigid braces and magnesium crystal board sheathing are conducted.The failure process of specimens is observed, and the monotonic load-displacement curves, hysteresis curves, and skeleton curves are obtained.Further, the ductility, energy dissipation capacity, lateral bearing capacity, stiffness degradation and failure characteristics of the walls are analyzed.Test results show that the stiffness rapidly decreases after the side columns buckles, wall boards completely detach from the cold-formed steel frame at the joints as well as at the side columns, indicating the failure of specimens.The anti-pull components with proper stiffness should be used to anchor the wall, using the integral sheathing board and partially strengthening screws connection between frame and sheathing may enhance the lateral performance.Finally, comparing the experimental results in this paper with those in other literatures, the cold-formed steel shear walls proposed in this paper still exhibit preferable performance of ductility and energy dissipation in the case of satisfying lateral loading capacity.
