不同波形的波纹钢板覆面冷弯型钢剪力墙有限元研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了将冷弯型钢结构推广到中高层建筑领域,对波纹钢板覆面冷弯型钢墙体的试验研究现状进行了回顾,总结了基于ABAQUS的覆面冷弯型钢组合墙有限元研究方法;通过ABAQUS对3种波形的波纹钢板覆面组合墙进行了数值模拟,研究了波纹钢板波形和自攻螺钉布置方案对墙体抗剪性能的影响。结果表明:当面板自攻螺钉间距沿墙体四周约为150 mm布置时,肋高为5 mm的波纹钢板覆面墙体表现出更好的抗剪性能;螺钉间距加密至75 mm布置时,肋高为15 mm的波纹钢板覆面墙体表现出较高的抗剪承载力和初始刚度,但峰值点后强度退化迅速,表现出较差的延性。 In order to promote the application of cold-formed steel structure in high-rise buildings, this paper reviews the experimental research of cold-formed steel framed shear wall assemblies with corrugated steel sheathing, and summarizes the finite element analysis method of cold-formed steel composite walls based on ABAQUS.ABAQUS is used to simulate three corrugated steel sheathing composite walls with different corrugation shapes, and the influence of corrugation shapes and self-drilling screw arrangement scheme on the shear behavior of the wall are studied.The results show that when the spacing of self-drilling screws is about 150 mm around the wall, the composite wall with a rib height of 5 mm shows better shear performance.When the spacing of screws increases to 75 mm, the composite wall with a rib height of 15 mm shows a higher shear capacity and initial stiffness, but the strength degrades rapidly after the peak point, and this indicates a low ductility.
