摘要
针对三模块低地板车辆的结构特点及要求,以某项目三模块低地板车辆为例,对车体结构强度进行仿真计算,介绍强度评定原则,并根据仿真结果提出车体结构优化方案。通过对优化后车体结构进行静强度、疲劳强度、模态和屈曲进行计算分析可知,该三模块低地板车体结构设计满足强度与刚度的相关要求。
According to the structural characteristics and requirements of the three-module low floor vehicle,the paper takes a three-module low-floor vehicle as an example,simulates the car body structural strength,presents the strength evaluation principle,and puts forward the car body structure optimization plan according to the simulation results.By analyzing the simulation of static strength,fatigue strength,mode analysis and buckling of the optimized car body structure,it is known that the three-module low floor car body structure design meets the relevant requirements of strength and stiffness.
