溃疡性结肠炎与抑郁的相关因素分析及中医情志治疗方法探讨

Analysis of the Correlation Factors between Ulcerative Colitis and Depression and Discussion on the Treatment of Emotion in Traditional Chinese medicine

目的通过分析溃疡性结肠炎(UC)与抑郁的相关因素,探讨中医对情志的干预方法。方法收集UC患者92例,运用SDS量表对患者的抑郁症状进行评分,评价疾病活动度,检测粪便钙卫蛋白水平,分析与抑郁相关性,同时进一步探讨中医对情志的干预方法。结果UC患者抑郁症状与病史、性别、疾病活动度、粪便钙卫蛋白水平具有明显的相关性;中医情志治疗采用调形与调神相结合的方式,综合运用药物疗法、情志疗法及传统运动方法进行干预。结论研究溃疡性结肠炎抑郁的相关因素能进一步指导中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎合并抑郁患者。

Objective To analyze the correlation factors between ulcerative colitis and depression,and to explore the intervention methods of emotion in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 92 patients with UC were collected,and the SDS scale was used to score the depressive symptoms of the patients,evaluate the disease activity,detect the level of fecal calsentinel protein,analyze the correlation with depression,and further explore the intervention methods of emotion in traditional Chinese medicine.Results The depressive symptoms of UC patients were significantly correlated with medical history,gender disease activity,and fecal calprotectin level.The traditional Chinese medicine emotion treatment adopts the way of combination of shape adjustment and spirit adjustment,and the integrated use of drug therapy,emotion therapy and traditional exercise to intervene.Conclusion The study of the related factors of ulcerative colitis depression can further guide the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.
