中药炮制对含苷类药物的有效性及不良反应

Processing Chinese Materia Medica on the Effectiveness and Adverse Reactions of Glycoside Containing Drugs

目的以含苷类药物为研究对象,对含苷类药物进行中药炮制,观察炮制后药物的有效性和不良反应发生情况。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月期间收治的接受含苷类药物治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,按照是否采取中药炮制进行分组,各45例,研究组采用中药炮制,对照组未采用中药炮制,观察2组患者治疗有效率和不良反应发生率。结果相比于对照组而言,研究组患者治疗有效和治疗好转人数更多,治疗有效率优于对照组,P<0.05,同时,在药物不良反应发生率方面,研究组出现恶心呕吐和药物中毒的患者人数更少,不良反应发生率要低于对照组,P<0.05。结论为最大程度展现含苷类的药物应用价值,强化治疗效果,优化药物药性,保障治疗安全,可科学对其进行中药炮制处理,效果理想,作用显著,值得于临床领域大范围推广。

Objective Taking glycoside drugs as the research object,to concoct processing Chinese materia medica on glycoside drugs,and observe the effectiveness of the drugs and the occurrence of adverse reactions after the treatment.Methods 90 patients treated with glycosides in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to whether they are processing Chinese materia medica,with 45 cases in each group.The study group adopted processing Chinese materia medica.The control group did not use processing Chinese materia medica.The effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,more patients in the study group were effective and improved,and the treatment efficiency was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,in terms of the incidence of adverse drug reactions,the study group had nausea and vomiting.The number of patients with drug poisoning was smaller,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to maximize the application value of glycosides-containing drugs,strengthening the therapeutic effect,optimizing the drug properties,and ensuring the safety of treatment,it can be processed scientifically with Chinese materia medica.The effect is ideal and the effect is significant.It is worthy of widespread promotion in the clinical field.
