尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Niaoduqing Granule Combined with Bailing Capsules in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察研究尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及对血糖与肾功能指标的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月信阳市第三人民医院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者100例,按随机数字表法将患者随机等分为对照组和试验组。其中对照组患者给予百令胶囊治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合使用尿毒清颗粒治疗;治疗周期为3个月。治疗结束后,观察记录2组患者的治疗效果及血糖与肾功能指标的变化情况并做统计分析。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)和24 h尿蛋白定量指标均有明显改善,试验组治疗后各个指标均较对照组下降更加显著,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间,未出现严重不良反应。结论在百令胶囊的基础上增加使用尿毒清颗粒治疗早期糖尿病肾病,效果明显,其不仅能显著降低患者FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c的血糖指标水平,同时可以显著降低患者BUN、Scr、UAER和24 h尿蛋白定量的肾功能指标水平,且未出现严重不良反应,安全性高,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To explore and observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Niaoduqing granule combined with Bailing capsules in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,a total of 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy hospitalized in our department were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with Bailing capsules,while the experimental group was treated with Niaoduqing granule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the renal function index and blood glucose metabolism index were recorded and observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group,and there was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the blood glucose metabolism index(FPG,2 h PG,Hb A1 c)and the renal function(BUN,Scr,UAER and 24 h urine protein excretion)were significantly decreased.Meanwhile,the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there are no significant adverse reactions which were reported.Conclusion Niaoduqing granule combined with Bailing capsules in the clinical treatment of early diabetic nephropathy has better efficacy.Meanwhile,it can effectively reduce the blood glucose metabolism index(FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c)and the renal function(BUN,Scr,UAER,24 h urine protein excretion).Because of obvious effect and fewer adverse reactions,it has important clinical value and is worth popularizing and applying.
