舒筋活络汤联合功能锻炼对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎功能的影响

Effect of Shujin Huoluo Decoction Combined with Functional Exercise on Cervical Vertebra Function in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的研究舒筋活络汤联合功能锻炼对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎功能的影响.方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月收治的118例神经根型颈椎病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(59例)和试验组(59例).对照组患者接受常规治疗联合功能锻炼,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合舒筋活络汤治疗,2组均以7d为一个疗程,均连续治疗4个疗程.比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后颈椎功能以及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平.结果试验组和对照组患者总有效率分别为98.31%、83.05%,试验组高于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组VAS评分、NDI评分、JOA评分以及血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且试验组均较对照组低(均P<0.05).结论舒筋活络汤联合功能锻炼可有效缓解神经根型颈椎病患者的临床症状,改善其颈椎功能,同时降低患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,抑制炎症反应,提高治疗效果.

Objective To study the effect of Shujin Huoluo decoction combined with functional exercise on cervical vertebra function in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 118 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=59)and the treatment group(n=59)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment combined with functional exercise,while patients in the treatment group were treated with Shujin Huoluo decoction on the basis of the control group.7 d was one course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 4 courses continuously.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatment,the cervical vertebra function and serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.31%which higher than 83.05%of the control group.Compared with those before treatment,VAS score,NDI score,JOA score and serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αlevels decreased in both groups after treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(all P<005).Conclusion Shujin Huoluo decoction combined with functional exercise can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,improve cervical vertebra function,reduce the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α,inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve the therapeutic effect.
