益肾除瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yishen Chuyu Decoction in the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨益肾除瘀汤对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平及血清TNF-α、IGF-1、CRP水平的影响。方法选取2018年7月—2020年1月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者88例,按用药不同将其分为2组。对照组应用达英-35、克罗米芬治疗,研究组应用益肾除瘀汤治疗。比较2组各项指标状况、临床疗效、血清TNF-α、IGF-1、CRP水平、性激素。结果研究组包含促黄体生成素、睾酮、胰岛素均低于对照组(P<0.05),雌二醇、促卵泡刺激素高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者临床疗效好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清TNF-α、IGF-1、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组E_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05),T、LH、P、PRL、FSH均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对多囊卵巢综合征患者给予益肾除瘀汤治疗,可以显著改善患者的性激素水平以及血清TNF-α、IGF-1、CRP水平,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Chuyu decoction on the levels of sex hormones and serum levels of TNF-α,IGF-1 and CRP in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 88 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with different medications.The control group was treated with Diaine-35 and clomiphene,and the study group was treated with Yishen Chuyu decoction.The status of various indicators,clinical efficacy,serum TNF-α,IGF-1,CRP levels,and sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results The luteinizing hormone,testosterone,and insulin of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum TNF-α,IGF-1 and CRP levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).E_(2)in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),T,LH,P,PRL Both FSH and FSH of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Chuyu decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can significantly improve the level of sex hormones and serum TNF-α,IGF-1,and CRP levels.It should be further promoted and applied clinically.
