The Influence of PBL Teaching Model on Mini-CEX Score of Gynecological Clinical Nurses

摘要 目的分析以问题为基础(PBL)教学模式对中医妇科临床护理人员迷你临床演练评价量表(Mini-CEX)评分的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2020年7月参与培训的中医妇科临床护理人员63例,将2017年4月—2018年7月的29例护理人员作为常规组,采用常规教学;将2018年8月—2020年7月34例护理人员作为PBL组,采用PBL教学模式。对比2组考核成绩、MiniCEX评分、核心能力评分和培训满意度。结果PBL组理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩较常规组高(P<0.05);PBL组体格检查、临床判断、组织效能、医疗面谈、人文关怀、沟通技能、整体表现评分较常规组高(P<0.05);PBL组学习积极性、主动提问表现、逻辑思维能力、独立处理问题能力、归纳问题能力评分较常规组高(P<0.05);PBL组培训满意度97.06%(33/34)与常规组86.21%(25/29)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PBL教学模式应用于中医妇科临床护理人员培训中,可提高培训考核成绩,提高临床实践能力和核心能力,且培训满意度高。 Objective To analyze the effect of problem-based(PBL)teaching model on mini-clinical exercise evaluation scale(Mini-CEX)scores of TCM gynecological clinical nurses.Methods 63 cases of clinical nursing staff of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2017 to July 2020 were selected.29 nursing staff from April 2017 to July 2018 were taken as the routine group,and the routine teaching was adopted.Thirty-four nursing staff from August 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the PBL group,and PBL teaching mode was adopted.The assessment scores,Mini-CEX scores,core competence scores and training satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results PBL group had higher scores in theory and skill examination than the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of physical examination,clinical judgment,organizational efficacy,medical interview,humanistic care,communication skills and overall performance in PBL group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of learning enthusiasm,active questioning performance,logical thinking ability,independent problem-solving ability and inductive problem ability in PBL group were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in training satisfaction between 97.06%(33/34)and 86.21%(25/29)in PBL group(P>0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching mode is applied to the training of clinical nursing staff in gynecology,can improve the results of training assessment,improve clinical practice and core competencies,and has high training satisfaction.
