针灸论治多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

The Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征是一种青春期和育龄期妇女常见的内分泌紊乱性妇科疾病,近年来患病率呈现上升趋势,随之而来的肥胖、多毛、痤疮、不孕等困扰是目前亟待解决的问题。中医药疗法在治疗多囊卵巢综合征上疗效确切,针灸作为其一重要分支,以其简、便、廉、验的独特优势,减少药物使用带来的不良反应。此文旨在总结其中医病因病机及针灸治疗进展,一则为临床提供借鉴,二则提出当前研究存在的问题与不足,为今后研究提供方向。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disorder gynecological disease in the age of women of adolescence and childbearing.In recent years,the prevalence of PCOS has shown an upward trend.Then there are subsequent problems that need to be solved urgently,such as obesity,hirsutism,acne and infertility.Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.As an important branch of TCM,acupuncture,for its particular advantages of simplicity,convenience,low-cost and positive effect,can reduce advertise reactions from the use of drug.The essay aims to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM and the progress of Acupuncture in treatment of PCOS.One aims at providing reference for clinical practice,and the other is to put forward the problems and deficiencies of current research,and provide directions for future research.
