Discussion on the Experience of Director Li Huizhen in Treating Gastric Ulcer with Traditional Chinese Medicine

现代医学对于胃溃疡尚缺乏有效的治疗方法,而中医治疗效果显著,李慧臻主任对于消化系统疾病的治疗造诣极高,李主任认为本病发病源于脾胃气机升降失常,根于脾阳不足,涉及脾阴,瘀血贯穿其始终,肝肾机能对病情发展具有重要作用。对其治疗首宜治脾而非治胃,以调节中焦枢纽、振奋脾阳为要,同时顾护脾阴,并重视补肾气在本病中的作用,此文总结李慧臻主任对此病的认识,并举例探讨之。

Modern medicine still lacks an effective method of treatment for gastric ulcer,while traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect.Director Li Huizhen has a good knowledge of the treatment of digestive diseases.Director Li believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is due to the abnormality of qi ascending and descending in the spleen and stomach,rooted in deficiency of spleen-yang,involving spleen-yin and blood stasis throughout the whole course.The first treatment is to treat the spleen rather than the stomach,to regulate the pivot of the middle energizer,invigorates the spleen-yang as the important,while taking care of the spleen-yin,and pay attention to the role of tonifying kidney-qi in the disease.The author summarizes understanding of Director Li Huizhen on the disease and discusses it with examples.
